Unfortunately, the date has passed for you to order a product and have it delivered before Christmas. However, some products may be available for delivery between Christmas and New Year.
Checking Availability & Last Order Dates
So that there are no surprises but just delight when you receive your order, it's important that you check stock availability as well as the last order cut-off information for the products you're ordering:
Our product detail pages display stock availability information. As you can see, this is displayed to the right of the product images, below the price of the product. If you're browsing a product with options (colours, sizes etc.), you first need to select the specific options in order to see the accurate stock availability information.
Some products may be available for delivery before the New Year, depending on the courier used for that product (explained below). If you wish to receive a product that is available for delivery before the New Year, we strongly advise you check that it is showing as being 'in stock'. Typically, when the availability field is showing 'more on way', it means that it could take anywhere between 2 and 10 days for the items to arrive into our distribution centre from the manufacturers and even if you place your order before the cut-offs (explained below), the product will most likely not arrive before the New Year.
Last Order Dates
Our extensive range covers items of all different shapes, sizes and weights from a swimming cap that fits in an envelope to treadmills that weigh over 150kg and require specialist 2-man delivery crews! As such, we use a variety of different delivery companies and the choice of courier used is determined by the items in your order.
Each of our couriers operates a different service between Christmas and New Year. Some will not be delivering at all during this period, and those that are will have different last order cut-off dates for deliveries to arrive in time for the New Year. Each of our product detail pages contains a section called "Delivery" and when selected, this will show the deadlines for the specific item being viewed on the product page.
Please do remember to take stock availability (explained above) into consideration as well.
Finally, it should be noted that these order dates are based on information provided to us by our carriers. Whilst most have built in a margin of error, it should be noted that external factors beyond our control such as vehicle breakdowns and adverse weather conditions may cause delays to your orders.
