The Bremshey BR5 recumbent bike has a 9kg (20lbs) flywheel, which offers smooth and stable performance. The bike has computer controlled, servo assisted magnetic resistance of 250W at 60rpm. The backlit LCD console offers you a user-friendly operating system, which only lights up those buttons that are useful at the moment to guide you through the workout. With a choice between 3 different heart rate control programmes (55%, 75%, 90%), you can decide whether you want to work on fat burn, cardio, or anaerobic zones. Heart rate measurement is possible with the use of an optional wireless chest strap (not included) or the pulse grip sensors.
