The Dunlop Evo Pro is made using Dunlop's ground-breaking "Hot Melt" graphite manufacturing process which uses a unique, heat-reactive, thermoplastic liquid that produces a graphite skin over the whole racket frame. When this is cooled it cures to create concentrated fibre strength and stiffness. The result is an enormously strong, durable and responsive racket that produces 30% more "Heat Refined Power" than standard graphite rackets.
