Our intermediate packages are designed for a wide range of fitness levels. We would recommend these packages for 5 users or less using the equipment 5 times a week for 45 minutes or less. We would suggest that whilst these packages tick all the boxes for general fitness, they also offer scope for the more exercise-minded members of the family to achieve their fitness goals. At the higher end of this range, users will enjoy heavier duty and robust equipment, including much of the console functionality you would find in your local gym.
