The Reebok C5.1e elliptical cross trainer is a precisely calibrated ergometer and features a target watts programme making it even suitable for recovery and rehab usage. It has a 10kg flywheel and rotating mass of over 20kg, which along with its high quality components provides a silky smooth 16" stride. The LCD console provides continuous exercise feedback and enables 9 user profiles to be stored in the machine. Each of these profiles stores the users’ age, gender, weight & height and this information is used to provide more accurate feedback on calorie consumption. The treadmill provides 9 training programmes, including target time, target distance, target calories, random, fat burn, interval, edurance, constant watt, heart rate control. Heart rate measurement is easily achieved using the integrated pulse sensors in the handlebars or for ultimate in accuracy, a chest belt can be used with the built-in Polar compatible receiver.

The Polar T31 uncoded transmitter, included in the package, is compatible with both the machines. It provides a very accurate readout and enables you to constantly monitor your heart rate.
