The Reebok Z9 elliptical cross trainer is equipped with a 9kg (19.8lbs) flywheel and an M-Force brake system with 32 levels of electronically controlled resistance. The stride length is 15”. The 5.5” backlit LCD monitor provides feedback on all the key statistics of your workout and enables you to choose between 12 programmes, a manual mode with target values and heart rate control. You can easily measure your heart rate with the use of hand pulse sensors, which also enable you to take a recovery test after you have finished exercising. The Reebok Z9 elliptical cross trainer accepts the maximum user weight of 120kg (265lbs).
