Suunto M5 Running Pack

Three professional workout programmes include fitness improvement, weight management and free training. Free training mode allows working out without guidance. The guided modes set daily targets, show progress and indicate the optimal intensity level. After the finished workout the device presents a workout summary and suggested recovery time.
Heart rate is measured by the Suunto Dual Comfort Belt, which is compatible with majority of the gym equipment. The sensor is attached to a comfortable textile strap, which can be easily adjusted to fit the user.
Foot POD Mini enables user to measure and record speed and distance information when walking, running, or jogging. The device is small and light, as it weighs only 9 g (0.3 oz) so it can be conveniently attached to a shoe. Moreover, it is water resistant to 30m (100ft). Speed and distance can be measured both indoors and outdoors.
Sunnto Movestick Mini, a USB device,  allows data transfer to a computer enabling daily training management and analysis of the workout data. It is PC and MAC compatible.
All devices communicate wirelessly and disturbance-free.
