The WaterRower M1 LoRise Rowing Machine With Monitor is a full commercial model with a low level entry point (300mm/12"). The frame is constructed from a fabricated tubular steel. The simplicity of the LoRise Waterrower stems from actual water being used for resistance so if you want to increase it and mae a more vigorous workout simply add water! The S4 Moitor lets you count the strokes and watch the caleries burn away with out any jolting or high impact movement.
