Using the Weslo Energy Plate for just 10 minutes per day, three times per week, can compare to 60 minutes of conventional training with weights in a fitness facility. Training on the Vibe Trainer is similar to any other form of training – but it uses only a third of the time. You start with easy, short training sessions, and gradually progress to a more intense program. By increasing the impact of the training, you will result in a stronger body. Use of the machine can be adjusted according to your objectives, as well as your physical condition, sex and age.
