With 16 levels of computer controlled magnetic resistance and 6kg (13 lbs) flywheel the rowing machine ensures smooth and comfortable workouts. Additionally, it features multi-functional 5.75” LCD console which provides feedback on crucial workout statistics such as time, SPM, distance, calories, strokes, recovery calendar, temperature and clock. The rower’s software offers 24 programmes (including 4 HRC, 1 user and 1 race). To monitor the body, accurate heart rate measurement can be achieved with the built-in wireless heart rate receiver (chest strap optional).
