The Dunlop Tempo Pro squash racket is designed for novice and intermediate level players seeking a blend of power and control. For torsional strength, stability at impact and improved control over shots it uses ACS technology (Advanced Control System), whilst an oversized head (500cm2) with a large sweet spot ensures plenty of power and forgiveness on of centre hits. To help players easily generate powerful shots, the Pro is heavier (165g) and has an open, spin-friendly 16x19 string pattern. With an even balance, the racket is easy to manoeuvre, yet powerful, whist a graphite construction makes it both stiffer and stronger. The racket is strung with X-Life 1.22 gauge string for a combination of playability and durability. Plus, its hybrid head shape delivers added power with a degree of control. A 3/4 cover is included for racket’s protection.

Can I try this out on court before deciding if I can keep it?

Hi. Unfortunately we don't currently offer a try before you buy scheme.

Do you offer a stringing service?

Yes. Please contact us on 020 3773 3847 if you require a racket re-string when purchasing this racket.

What's the guarantee?

This racket comes with a 12 month manufacturers warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by racket abuse :)

How quickly can you deliver?

When in stock, this racket is dispatched on a next working day basis. All orders received before 2:30pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 2:30pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Does this racquet come with a bag?

The Tempo Pro comes with a 3/4 length cover.

Is this any good for generating spin?

I keep breaking my racquets. Will this break if I hit the wall?

Hi. Modern squash rackets are designed for hitting squash balls not walls (we know, we know). We'd recommend trying not to hit the wall wherever possible! That being said the Temp Pro features a graphite construction so it is quite hardy.

Is it head light, heavy or even?

The balance is even

Does it come strung and with a grip?

Yes. The Temp Pro is pre-strung with X-Life 1.22 gauge string and is fitted with a Dunlop factory grip.

Does the cover have a shoulder strap?

The cover is 3/4 length but does not have a shoulder strap.

Is this suitable for a 12 year old? I need to get my son a new racket and was considering this.

Hi. At 165 grams this racket better suited to older players (16+). We'd recommend looking for something in the range of about 110 or 120 grams for your son as it'll be lighter and easier to control.

I'm trying to choose my first racket. Having my first game this weekend. Is this a good choice?

Hi. The Tempo Pro has a particularly large sweet spot making it very forgiving. If you hit a shot off centre, you'll still get good power. The balance is even making it quite easy to control but it still generates lots of power allowing you to focus more on your swing. This makes it a good choice as your first racket.

Does this racquet come with a cover?

Yes. It comes with a 3/4 length cover included.

What's the balance on this racket?

Very well balanced and doesn’t feel heavy despite the frame weight. The string set up makes it easy to get plenty of spin and when it comes to power this racquet has no shortage of it. It hits hard even if you don’t hit the sweet spot dead centre. Glad I took a punt on it and will definitely be keeping this as my main racquet.

Oh sweet sweet power. This thing hits like a steam train. I’m used to a Hyper Hammer but wanted to try something different and this thing actually hits even harder. It’s better for applying spin too. I’ll be getting another one of these as a back up.
