The Fitness Mad standard weight plates have a weight of 5kg (11lbs) and are supplied as a set of 4. They feature double hand holes that enable easy moving and adding of weights and have a solid cast iron construction as well as a grey Hammertone finish that makes them more durable. The weight plates are suitable for use with 1” (25.4mm) bars.
