After much deliberation searching for a home cardio piece of equipment I found kettler, I'm not one for reviews but was grateful for what others had written. This is a solid piece of equipment which has many levels from beginner to advanced. It was ok to set up, took about an hour, I did it alone but ideally it's a two person set up. The seat is comfortable, programmes are easy to use and the ride works up a great cardio workout. Sales were great and delivery was next day which some companies couldn't do due to "two man van"
Really happy and would recommend this model to anyone who can't get out and exercise easily due to family / work commitments
