The NordicTrack Premium Run and Stride Package provides an excellent all-round workout experience to suit all users. The package combines the powerful Elite 1500 treadmill with the smooth E14.0 elliptical cross trainer, allowing the user to exercise different muscle groups at varying intensities using the incline, decline and resistance settings. The elliptical trainer has a touch screen powered by Android and the centre consoles on both machines have a whole host of functions including workout applications, heart rate measurement and iFit Live technology meaning you can follow routes on Google Maps.
