The Sole E20 cross trainer offers a selection of 10 challenging programmes including Manual, Interval, Fat Burn, Hill, Strength, Cardio, 2 User-defined and 2 HRC.
The Interval increases endurance by depleting oxygen levels followed by periods of recovery to replenish oxygen, whereas the Hill programme can be used to stimulate hill climbs.
The Strength programme aims at toning and strengthening legs and glutes, while the Fat Burn helps to burn more calories.
The cross trainer features also a Cardio programme which increases endurance and cardiovascular function, as well as 2 user-defined programmes enabling athletes to program the workouts in accordance with their personal needs.
In addition, the machine has 2 HRC programmes and the heart rate measurement can be achieved through the hand pulse grips or a wireless receiver (chest strap optional).
