Many elliptical cross trainers regularly feature flywheels that typically weigh just 5 or 6kg. The Sina uses an extra-heavy 9kg (19.8lbs) flywheel that delivers a consistent, super smooth action all the way throughout your workout to ensure that your training experience is both comfortable and enjoyable.

Tracking your progress and achievements is easy with the Sina’s feature-rich console that delivers comprehensive training data in real-time. Its dual colour backlit 5.4” LCD display makes it a cinch to track your time, speed, distance, RPM, calories, pulse and WATT output with a quick glance, even during the most testing parts of your workout. Focus on the elements of your training that matter the most and get the maximum benefit out of each and every minute of your workout.

With 4 dedicated user profile slots available on the Sina, just enter your personal profile (age / gender / weight / height) to get more accurate training data from your workout sessions. Set up a profile for each regular user so it’s easy for each person to track their own progress as their fitness levels improve.

The Sina features a built-in wireless heart rate receiver so that you can use any compatible chest belt to continuously monitor your heart rate without breaking pace and disrupting your workout. Exercise with confidence knowing that the readings you’re getting are accurate and reliable, helping you to stay safe and maximise your cardio training with the onboard heart rate control programs.

Hand over control of your workout to the Sina and let it take charge. Set your target heart rate and the Sina will automatically set, monitor, and adjust the difficulty level to keep you in the ideal training zone so that you get a more efficient workout. Or, set a power output target in watts and let the Sina increase the workload until you reach your target power output. Take advantage of these advanced features and get the most health benefits out of the effort and hard work you put in.

A body fat analysis mode and a fitness recovery test make it easy to track your progress and see how you’re improving as you work through your fitness programme. Track the changes and gain motivation as you see your body fat ratio improve, and see with your own eyes the positive effects your cardio workouts are having with the fitness recovery test.

Staying in complete control of your workout has never been easier. Set resistance levels, navigate menus, create your own programs, set up personal profiles and select workouts with minimum effort and maximum ease thanks to the clear easy to understand buttons and the rotating dial on the Sina console. The rotating dial enables super-fast menu navigation and programme selection avoiding tedious multiple button presses that are a feature of many other ellipticals. Spend less time faffing and more time working out thanks to this simple, easy-to-use and effective control system.

The Sina has been designed to deliver a natural, easy, striding motion with large comfortable footplates providing a safe platform to perform your workout. With a low Q-factor and a 15” (38cm) stride length, the Sina is suitable for a wide range of users from absolute beginners to those that are more advanced along their fitness journey making it a great all-rounder in just about any home.

With 12 preset onboard workouts aimed at every ability level, the Sina gives you a wide choice of different workouts to keep you challenged as your fitness improves. I bought this just as lockdown started and as a family we’ve used it regularly since (6 months plus). It does the job well. It is a bit clonky but WD40 usually helps. You need to add a water bottle holder (we did) and it would be good to have a ledge for a phone or ipad. I use one of the personalised settings to show BMI and fat levels and mostly run it in manual. All in all I’m very pleased with it, particularly for the price. It’s obviously not as well-made as a gym-level cross-trainer but it is great for a piece of home equipment.

Terrible machine and a total waste of money. Assembly is fairly straightforward but if you're looking to do any kind of intensive workout, this will literally fall apart. We've had replacement front and rear stabilisers due to the fixings breaking and now we have a horrendous clunking noise coming from the flywheel. Sweatband support have tried to be helpful but its a slow process so we're giving up and buying something decent. Don't waste your money.

I've had this cross trainer for nearly 2 months now and i have to be perfectly honest.. for the money i paid ,it's rubbish. It has a decent fly wheel but that's the only positive. The console is very cheap looking and the buttons are nasty. I haven't used the in built programs yet, just manual setup. i was on it for 10 minutes last week and it told me i had just completed 5k ( i wish ). And if that's not bad enough, it rocks side to side and does not feel very stable at all. (i'm an engineer so i know its assembled correctly) it certainly is not worth £400 ,have used much cheaper machines that perform better!!

I've had this machine for a couple of months now and I'm really pleased with it. I've never put together a cross trainer before, but following the instructions I had the machine built in about 90 minutes. It's sturdy and reasonably quiet, not silent at all but it's not too bad. Accessing and using the built-in programmes is easy and you can set up your own (I confess I haven't dabbled much with this feature yet). The screen and controls are clear, if not very exciting to look at. The resistance is good and easy to change with a tough workout available right from the off. I also purchased the wireless chest strap and this works a treat, offering very useful pulse information to the workout screen. My only criticism is that although there are wheels at one end of the machine, these are made out of horribly cheap plastic and you have to tip the cross trainer quite a bit to move it about on them. But it's a minor niggle and otherwise the Sina is a cracking piece of kit for the money.

Good solid machine, got a bit of a squeak but nothing a bit of WD40 can't sort out. Manual that comes with is great for putting machine together but rubbish as a user manual could do with more step by step information in it regarding the programmes

Excellent bit of kit for the price - It's as smooth as a baby's bottom! A*****

It's great - quiet, range of difficulty for me and my teenage sons - we all love it!

Assembly is ok and straight forward, no issue with sweatband who I bought it from but the program design side by the manufacturer is terrible. Really struggling to do the simplest of tasks without getting error messages or it just hanging . Had it 2 weeks now and it still is a nightmare to program and use . Not a happy experience at all.

A very high spec cross trainer for the money. Best bits - very easy to put together with instructions and easy to follow online video. Personalise user data which is very handy. It’s a nice size, not as big as I expected it to be so doesn’t look cumbersome in a smallish room. I love how quiet it is, my previous machine was so noisy. Overall a great product with huge value for money.

Started with a basic home elliptical trainer and decided we would upgrade this year - The Viavito Sina seemed like a good choice as an entry point in the semi professional line and has some good reviews. Delivery was prompt and well communicated and we are blown away by the device - it is so smooth in operation, quiet and just an excellent addition to a home gym. Not a single squeak or rattle, works perfectly. I have no complaints and only one observation - it is not a small device - check specs for measurements. In Summary a really excellent piece of kit for a very reasonable price - we are very please with the Sina.

Love my cross trainer - Easy to operate, very neat and have had no problems at all. I feel it’s better for you than the cycle as it works your core more.
