The BH Fitness F4 folding treadmill is a rock-solid, sturdy treadmill with an impressive specification. A powerful 2 horsepower (continuous duty) motor powers the 2.8mm thick orthopaedic running belt to speeds of over 12 mph (20 kph). The running area is 20" (51 cm) wide and 55" (140 cm) long, providing ample room for most runners and the incline of the running deck can be electronically controlled between 0 and 12%. Variation is provided by 14 pre-set programmes and heart rate control functionality of the treadmill ensures efficient, goal orientated training.
