The Program Variety includes Weight Management options (Steady Pace and Uphill Walk), Heart Health (Ladder and Interval), Uphill Interval, Pyramid Climb, Rolling Hills and Plateau Climb programs developed by a leading Exercise Physiologist. For each of these eight preset programs you can select one of three intensity levels from easy to hard. You can also increase or decrease the resistance load across 10 levels during a program and the entire program will adjust accordingly. Two of the eight preset programs are interval programs, which alternate between a higher intensity level and short recovery periods. Varying your exercise intensity during a workout will maximize the total number of calories burned. Customized User Programs: create two different workout programs for your own exercise regiment to use repeatedly. In the user program, you set the resistance level for each of the twenty program segments, building an exercise program that works for you!

Two My Zone™ heart rate control programs let you use your own heart rate effectively as you exercise to safely achieve your cardiovascular fitness goals. The My Zone Constant program keeps your heart rate at a constant level; while the My Zone Interval program lets you enter your own minimum and maximum heart rate. As you exercise, the pedalling resistance automatically adjusts to keep your heart rate at the desired constant level, or alternate between the low and high levels you set.
