A good piece of equipment, and great value for money in the flash sale. Assembly was no problem as the instructions were very clear. It could do with a tablet holder above the main console, otherwise it obstructs the display. I was advised by Sweatband not to buy the iFit module, but did so anyway as the functionality looked like a good add-on with the Google maps street view. However, I should have listened top the experts and not wasted the extra cash.

This Cross Trainer has so far proved fantastic. I think I made the right choice in choosing it. Ive only been using it for a couple of weeks but I can already feel the benefit, with my overall fitness gradually increasing. It's a sturdy, smooth machine, very easy to put together, with a bit of patience, and enjoyable to use.

Great Workout for 2 pensioners using every other day losing weight and getting more energy. Quality made, good and easy to use ,very good value.

Well built machine. Very stable, plenty of programmes to do work outs with. Easy to assemble.

Good cross trainer if you're just using it for training, haven't had similar products so can't compare it, downsides are: - build quality i'd rate as "ok" as it has a few pieces that don't connect properly and it generally creaks a lot. - Says you can plug cable into it to listen to music, it's not great volume, theres also a music service but thats £100 a year.

Very smooth cross trainer, great build quality!

The machine takes a while to assemble but the instructions are clear enough. I had a minor problem as some cables got squashed in transit but I managed to fix it with a little bit of DIY common sense. Once assembled the machine is stable and very quiet: perfectly suitable to use in a flat for example, where a treadmill would be out of the question. The loudspeaker to play the sound of the tablet is pretty useless so either read some text on your tablet (using the provided stand) and/or play the radio! You can also watch catchup TV etc. on your tablet of course. The width between the handlebars is narrower than competing machines, which for me is a plus (and I am broad shouldered). The default setting (level 1) is harder than a comparable gym machine. I don't know if it's a feature of the model or my unit. Not a big deal but forces you to get into the action faster. The foot plates are comfortable and the 'front wheel drive' makes for a more natural leg position.

I have just purchased the Healthrider 1250 . I must say the quality is first class it works so smoothly and no noise. The delivery crew could not do enough to help they were brilliant and can't thank them enough. Only used once but it works great. The instructions were so clear and easy to put together.

I have owned my Healthrider 1250 for 6 weeks and I am very impressed s far. I am 6ft2 and the stride length is probably just about right, but an inch or 2 more would be perfect and comparable to a Gym quality Cross Trainer. However, at this price there is certainly no complaining and I would advise anyone considering a starter Cross Trainer to go for this one. I have used mine 3 times a week for about half hour each session since receiving, and intend to make this more frequent as my cardio fitness improves. Delivery went smoothly and putting this together on my own was simple enough with the instructions being very clear.

This was a great purchase from Sweatband and much cheaper than anywhere else on the internet, or even at Costco who also sell it online. It arrived on time and I was called in advanced by the driver. It was extremely well-packaged and heavy and took two people to carry it into my specially prepared basement room. I would recommend cushioned flooring tiles to place it on. I constructed the machine myself and it was reasonably straightforward and would have been quicker with another pair of hands. I have used the trainer for 30 minutes first thing in the morning and last thing at night and the weight is starting to fall off. I have run long-distances over many years but a hip injury which required a resurfacing of the joint meant that I had to be careful about impact when jogging. This machine is ideal as it gives an excellent and tailored aerobic workout without placing any stress on the joints. I haven't bought the iFit module yet. but will consider it. I would certainly recommend it to beginner or expert and have been delighted with the customer service provided by Sweatband.
