Comfort

To offer plenty of padding and extra support for your intense training sessions, the Aspire 420 has 45mm (1.7") thick padded seat and backrest delivering a combination of comfort and safety. To withstand heavy use, the seat and backrest are manufactured from plywood board with lightweight, durable, and environmentally safe EPE (expanded polyethylene) foam featuring strong cushioning and shock proofing capabilities. To add to the multi gym's versatility, there is a padded leg developer with 4 oversized foam rollers for increasing strength and stability in your legs.

    The gym is a good introductory piece of equipment. Not the easiest thing to put together. No real words of help either. Additionally no instructions on what exercises to do and what muscle groups the exercise targets. Very short warranty at 1 year as well.

    5 star based on value for money.

    Equipment isn't as sturdy as the machines in a gym, but for the money paid, this is only a minor gripe.

    Easy to build with 2 people, only build error was mixing up the two longer cables, but that was easy to fix.

    Used for about a week - seems to be reliable.

    Items were well packaged.
