  • Returning an Item

    We understand that there are occasions when you may wish to return an item to us for several reasons. If you wish to arrange a return to us please follow the steps below. (Please note that we are unable to accept any responsibility for returns received without a Return Authorisation Number being issued first by our client services team). 

    We understand choosing the right product online or over the phone can be difficult. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 any order placed online or via the Telephone are eligible for a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods. Return freight costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Alternatively, you can return the goods at your cost. Goods will be inspected to ensure they are fit for resale, prior to a refund being issued. 

    We must be notified of your intention to cancel in writing or by email within 14 days of you taking ownership of the goods. Please note any items that
    are clearly personalised or made specifically to the consumers specifications are exempt from these regulations. We also reserve the right to make a deduction from refunding the full purchase price if we believe (on examination of the returned goods) that they exhibit use signs of excessive assessment.
    The amount of deduction will be based on the extent of the reduction in the value of the goods.

  • Items Delivered Incorrectly Or With Faults

    Any goods delivered that are faulty or were delivered as substitutes without your explicit consent may be returned for a replacement or refund within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the goods from us.

    You should contact our client services team via email support@sweatband.com (office hours are 09:30 – 18:00 Mon - Fri) to inform us of your wish to return a product and the reasons for the return.

    You will be issued with a Return Authorisation Number and a service agent will discuss the return of the product through collection arranged by us. You will be issued with a refund or replacement or an alternative, at your choice, following inspection of the issue upon the return of the product.

  • Installation Services

    If you purchased goods online or via the Telephone and have booked an installation service your 14 days commences upon completion of the installation. 

    If you decided to cancel the order under the 14 days returns policy  you are unable to cancel this contract of service under the regulations upon completion of the installation service. We will ask you to sign a form to this effect immediately prior to installation. Please note this does not negate your rights to have any incomplete or faulty workmanship corrected by us. Consequently, you will not be eligible for any refund in relation to any specific charges we have made for the installation of these goods.

  • 30 Days Return Policy

    Whilst unfortunate and rare, products do occasionally develop faults after a period of use. Unless otherwise stated, all of the products sold by us carry a manufacturer's guarantee of at least one year (or 6 months for table games).
    Items over 30 days old that have a warranty requirement are subject to the manufacturer warranty terms.

    Each manufacturer's policy and process in respect of product guarantees varies and as such we request that you contact our client services team via email support@sweatband.com (Office hours are 09:30 – 18:00 Mon - Fri) for information on the specific manufacturer’s process for managing warranty issues related to your product.

  • Collection of Faulty Products and Engineer Visits

    In the event of an item being received that either develops a fault or is found to be faulty upon delivery and we have agreed to collect the product, we will arrange to have this item collected free of charge or for an engineer to call at the discretion of the manufacturer. Items to be collected must be packed in secure appropriate packaging, preferably the original packaging and must be available for collection by our carriers within 24 hours of you notifying us they are faulty. If, when the carrier arrives to collect the goods, they are not to be available , a charge, which will be payable by you, will be made for the carrier to recollect. If, when the engineer arrives, they are unable to access the product we reserve the right to charge you the engineer call out charge.

  • Manufacturer After Sales Support

    We are dedicated to providing leading fitness and sports equipment to our customers. We partner with leading fitness and sports brands to provide you the best after care service possible, in some instances we will pass you to the manufacturers support and after sales teams who are able to provide specific care and support for their products. This does not affect your statutory rights.
