    Very well made. Easy to assemble. Enjoy using it. My devices can't connect to the apps. Not bothered about it especially because of the monthly cost

    Only in use for a week, but this bike seems well made, quiet in operation and is good fun to use. The (optional) app subscription is expensive though still less than Peloton.

    Excellent Customer Service

    Received my equipment this morning and very pleased. I know Sweatband have changed their software equipment and have experienced a difficult two weeks because of the software change. To show how the customer is put at the centre of everything Sweatband do, the CEO Dean Jackson personally helped me out and to explain everything. Excellent service and customer management. Looking to buy a treadmill and other items, and will not consider looking elsewhere after the first rate interaction with Sweatband. Top people.

    I purchased an echelon connect EX3 2 weeks ago after doing a lot of research between the echelon and peloton bikes, the reviews on here being helpful to my decision making.

    The bike was delivered on a Friday and wanting to get it set up to use that weekend I soon found out that I had a US mains plug to the bike so using it was not going to happen. Frustratingly, this is clearly a known issue for sweatband as another review mentioned the same problem. Annoyingly both sweatband and echelons customer service are mon-fri so on the Monday I was able to get an answer from echelon and a UK plug sent (sweatband do not deal with this issue but did help with sending the invoice for proof of purchase). This arrived later that week, to be fair - very good service and quick delivery from echelon.

    I was then ready to use my bike a week later but now I had a new problem, the resistance wheel didn't work - it was like cycling in mud on gear 0. I went back to echelon, but again it was the weekend! We went back and forth for several days, trying out updates, settings etc to eventually coming to the joint conclusion, the resistance wheel was calibrated incorrectly and I could either wait 2 weeks for an engineer or request a replacement from sweatband.

    I went with the replacement, being the quickest option. I contacted sweatband and heard nothing for a couple of days, so I chased. I then got a reply asking what day was best and was the bike on the ground floor and unassembled. I immediately…

    Bought this on 22nd December and it arrived two days later, incredible service for this time of year. Sweatband were easy to deal with, communicated well making it an efficient service that impressed me. In addition, the bike was very favourable priced best value I could find. Product arrived in mint condition and works very well.

    I will definitely use Sweatband again, very impressed with this company.
