Delivery and Shipping
This product is delivered to you FREE of charge (UK mainland and lower Scotland) using a specialist 2-man courier service to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition and fully meets the delivery stipulations of the product warranty. The vast majority of our orders are delivered within 2 working days.
When you reach the checkout page on our website you will be able to specify your preferred delivery date using the provided calendar.
The vast majority of mainland UK postcodes will have availability Monday to Saturday (Note: a Saturday delivery service is available for an additional fee of £24). Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email and SMS message to confirm your booked delivery date. The evening before the day of the arranged delivery, you will be sent an email and an SMS with an allocated 2-hour delivery window. In addition, the delivery crew will call you 30-60 minutes prior to arriving at your property.

Just had this delivered today. Thank you to the two lovely delivery men who carried it to the back of my house for me, it was very much appreciated. Now for how easy it was to set up.... I am a 48 year old woman, I don't lift weights, I have no superpowers yet by myself I was able to unpack and maneuver the tredmill and set it up. It was so easy to do. If you are worried about set up don't be, if you are worried about sorting it all by yourself don't be, I went onto you tube just to make sure I'd done everything as it was so easy to sort I thought I'd missed a step. I've ran on the tredmill only a quick 10 minutes but I'm so happy with my purchase. No more worrying about fitting my run around dark nights, the weather, having to run in a gym with loud music etc etc. Sweatband were really good too with keeping me informed, I'd never heard about this site so was a little worried about ordering from them but everything went smoothly. Thank you so much, this will make running so much easier for me.

This is a great treadmill especially if you are starting out your fitness Journey. It folds flat which is great as I keep in in the spare room and it can slide under the bed if I have guests. The built in Bluetooth works great with the Reebok app (apple health compatible) and Kinomap where you get a free 60 day trial. As someone who is trying to loose weight and get their fitness back to an acceptable level (20 stone) the treadmill puts up with me without complaint. I tried the Kinomap app on some easy routes and it can automatically adjust the speed and incline for you. I really enjoy this, as someone who didn't exercise often this makes it more interactive rather than just listening to music counting down till my time is up. It has helped me get more active in the couple of weeks I've had it so far and is now part of my daily routine. I would definitely recommend this product.

Great treadmill and delivery was good. Gutted it was reduced again the day after I ordered but that's the luck of the drawer
