Offering a weight selection of 4-32lbs (1.8-14.5kg) per hand, these sleek and space-efficient dumbbells ensure versatile strength training, weightlifting and bodybuilding workouts and give you access to a whole rack of dumbbells at home in the space of just one pair. The dumbbells have urethane coated steel plates delivering smooth and quiet performance and feature a contoured rubber grip for a secure hold. Plus, to ensure an enhanced range of motion, there is an open draft of the interior surface. The dumbbells are safe and easy to use and provide rapid adjustments thanks to a weight selector pin. To quickly attach the selector pin to the weight plates, there is a tether cord, whilst an Auto Lock feature helps to lock adder weights when the handle is placed within a weight stack. The Pro 32 set replaces 8 pairs of dumbbells or 288lbs (130.6kg) of free weights. The dumbbells are supplied as a pair.

What's the finish like on these ones?

Hi. The plates are finished with a urethane coating and the handles have contoured rubber grips. Thanks.

Can you use these weights with the kettlebock?

It's not possible to use these weights on the kettleblock.

What's the grip on the handles? Or is it just metal?

Hi. There's a contoured rubber coating on the dumbbell handles for maximum grip.

Are these weights colour coded?

Yes. They're coded into whie, orange, green, yelllow and blue.

Are the weights marked in kg or lbs?

These weights are marked in both kg and lbs making it easy to select the weight you need.

Is it possible to add more weight to these dumbbells?

No. The Pro 32 adjustable dumbbell set cannot be made heavier by adding more weights. You can add more weight to the Pro EXP and the Sport 90 EXP sets.

Which stand are these compatible with?

The Pro 32 dumbbells are compatible with the PowerBlock Large Column stand.

Are these sold in singles or in pairs?

Much smaller than alternative adjustable weights and very quick to change weights with the magnetic / plastic prongs. Whole unit feels solid, very little rattle in use as each weight is coated. Seems expensive until compared to individual weights and the space saving is ideal for home. Delivery was fast. Recommended and I am considering another set as two of us tend to exercise together. Might go for the heavier / extendable set that has even more adjustment with the two metal cylinders inside the handles.
