Great set on a lighter side. I first ordered Elite EXP's and they were way to heavy. Those are perfect to get started with your fitness journey. Super quick to change weight. Nice coating means there is little to no noise when they're put back, Very sturdy piece of kit.

This item is delivered to you FREE of charge using a next day carrier delivery service to all post codes in England, Wales and Scotland (excludes Highlands and Islands as set out in the exceptions below), as part of an order over £50. A delivery charge of £3.50 is applied to orders under £50.
The standard delivery is next working day ‘signed for’ service with deliveries, Monday to Friday from 8am – 6pm to your front door. If you would like to delay your order to ensure that will be home or to request an upgraded delivery please request this using the ‘special instructions’ while making payment and a member of the team will be in touch to book in the delivery.

The dumbbells have urethane coated steel plates delivering smooth weight selection and feature a contoured rubber grip for a secure hold. The dumbbells are safe and easy to use and provide rapid adjustments. An Auto Lock feature helps to lock adder weights when the handle is placed within a weight stack. The Pro 32 set replaces 8 pairs of dumbbells or 288lbs (130.6kg) of free weights. The dumbbells are supplied as a pair.

Excellent quality, robust and very easy to use. Very happy indeed.
Much smaller than alternative adjustable weights and very quick to change weights with the magnetic / plastic prongs. Whole unit feels solid, very little rattle in use as each weight is coated. Seems expensive until compared to individual weights and the space saving is ideal for home. Delivery was fast. Recommended and I am considering another set as two of us tend to exercise together. Might go for the heavier / extendable set that has even more adjustment with the two metal cylinders inside the handles.
