The Fuel Fitness tri grip cast iron Olympic weight plates combine the toughness and reliability of traditional cast iron discs with the practicality of a user-friendly design. Made for long-term use, they are highly durable and resistant to chipping, whilst their tri-grip design enables you to pick up, load and unload plates quickly, comfortably and safely. Plus, thanks to the built-in grip handles, the weight plates can be used directly for exercises such as shrugs, twists, front raises or plate carries. Featuring a 2" (5cm) centre hole, the weight plates are suitable for use with all Olympic diameter bars. They guarantee a snug and stable fit during intense lifts and have hammertone painted finish and a weight mark for quick identification. Ideal for those who enjoy the traditional weightlifting experience, the weight plates offer a classic feel and sound.
