Delivery and Shipping
The Lobster Tennis Balll Machine is delivered FREE of charge to UK mainland and lower Scotland. Delivery takes between 3-5 working days.
Before a Lobster ball machine is dispatched it undergoes full servicing and calibration. This ensures that all batteries are charged, (where necessary) chargers added and remotes fitted as appropriate so that the machine reaches you in perfect condition and fully meets any delivery stipulations of the product warranty.
Delivery is provided by APC and Parcelforce.
For additional convenience, we can offer an option of Saturday delivery to 90% of mainland postcodes. This service incurs an additional surcharge which can be provided upon request.
This product may be delivered to Northern Ireland and this service is only available on quotation. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and UK islands are not offered on a day definite service. We will contact you to agree the additional charge, process the order and dispatch for delivery.

The Lobster Phenom tennis ball machine has a capacity for 250 balls and offers a speed range of 35 to 80mph, as well as a 2 to 9 seconds feed rate. It has 3 positional settings (narrow, medium and wide), an electronic 0-50 degrees elevation and both top and back spin control.
The machine’s three versatile positional settings enable you to groove your forehand and backhand ground strokes or use it for warming up your shots, whereas a 2-Line function combined with random depth and feed rate adjustment make the Lobster Phenom a really unique tennis ball machine.
The Phenom is supplied with the revolutionary Lexan control panel featuring a digital LCD screen. This user friendly control panel enables you to view all menu selections and settings, and is designed to be operated easily even by very young players, which is possible due to “touch-buttons" that replace often used dials, knobs, and switches.
The Lobster Phenom tennis ball machine can also be used with an optional Grand 20-function wireless remote control, an iPhone remote control, or an Android remote control (the remote controls are not included with the machine). The remote controls can be used separately or in combinations (the Grand Remote and iPhone Remote or the Grand Remote and Android Remote) to enable easy operation of the machine while "on the fly" and make it possible to adjust most of the Phenom’s functions with just a push of a button. Tennis balls are not included with the machine.
