Delivery and Shipping
After weโve got your order, a trained mechanic will build your brand new bike and carry out the necessary PDI safety checks. So your bike can fit in the box, weโll loosen the handlebars and turn them to one side. We will deliver your bike to your home (youโll get a tracking number to keep an eye on your bikeโs journey). When your bike arrives, all you need to do is attach the ancillary items (such as pedals and baskets) and turn and tighten the handlebars. Donโt worry, weโll include instructions for this bit!
