Delivery and Shipping
After we’ve got your order, a trained mechanic will build your brand new bike and carry out the necessary PDI safety checks. So your bike can fit in the box, we’ll loosen the handlebars and turn them to one side. We will deliver your bike to your home (you’ll get a tracking number to keep an eye on your bike’s journey). When your bike arrives, all you need to do is attach the ancillary items (such as pedals and baskets) and turn and tighten the handlebars. Don’t worry, we’ll include instructions for this bit!
Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be built, safety checked and dispatched. You will receive an email when your bike is on its way, advising a delivery date.
