Treadmill is easy to assemble and took 15 minutes. On initial running of the treadmill there was a noise from area of rear roller which was not normal. Contacted sweatband and they asked for a video with sound and serial number. This was a Friday, I got a reply on the Monday that the noise was normal and would disappear as belt and the logo element bedded in. Time will tell if this happens. As for the treadmill is comfortable to run on, would have liked more fixed speed buttons like my old z9 and no bottle holder. The control panel storage areas are of little to no use, as items rattle and seem insecure. Order administration was smooth, delivery guys pleasant and accommodating, only confusion was day after treadmill was delivered got another message from the logistics company saying delivery would be that day.

Brilliant service, very happy with the product.
So I had my reebok FR20z for almost a week. What a wonderful piece of kit. Sure it doesn’t have all the bells and whistles of some other brands but it has exactly what you need. It’s sturdy and well built. Really high quality. Not at all flimsy like some cheaper brands I’ve tried. It’s large too which is great for a mixture of walking and running. And the iPad stand is great though it could do with being a little higher. It arrived really quickly. Within 48 hours of placing the order, exactly when it was supposed to and the communication was great. It was so straight forward to put together. Over all I’m really pleased with my purchase.
