Delivery and Shipping
This product is delivered to you FREE of charge (UK mainland and lower Scotland) using a specialist 2-man courier service to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition and fully meets the delivery stipulations of the product warranty. The vast majority of our orders are delivered within 2 working days.
When you reach the checkout page on our website you will be able to specify your preferred delivery date using the provided calendar.
The vast majority of mainland UK postcodes will have availability Monday to Saturday (Note: a Saturday delivery service is available for an additional fee of £24). Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email and SMS message to confirm your booked delivery date. The evening before the day of the arranged delivery, you will be sent an email and an SMS with an allocated 2-hour delivery window. In addition, the delivery crew will call you 30-60 minutes prior to arriving at your property.

The Treadmill looks and acts great. The console iOS/Android app isn't great, but if you intend to use it as-is, or connected to something like Zwift or Kino map, then it works great. It was easy to assemble, which probably took me about 1 hour.

I had a Reebok gt40 z that went wrong ( smoke coming out of the front) this happened twice in the five months I had it, so I saw on sweat band that they had the Z Tech ac version on a really unbelievable offer… it’s brilliant, also the delivery was very smooth too,

Good trademill for home use, sturdy and compact but good size belt.
However, not for people who aren't good with technology as trademill screen doesn't show much information.
Speaker quality is not good, connections with Bluetooth not streight forward.

This is a serious bit of kit! I spent ages comparing treadmills and this is a bargain. It’s gym quality, I wasn’t prepared to pay for a technogym machine. Also, It all lights up, even the base! I’m 6ft 2” and weigh 22st with mobility issues and this is perfect!
