The Speediance Gym Monster 2 Family Plus replaces an entire rack of free weights with one compact digital cable machine, delivering up to 100 kg of smooth, precisely controlled resistance in 0.5 kg increments. With four training modes, concentric and eccentric resistance, and adjustable cable arms, it supports everything from squats and deadlifts to presses, rows and flyes. The Family Plus package also includes a rowing bench and rowing bar for added cardio and training versatility. With 400+ guided workouts, Free-Lift mode, Partner Mode and progress tracking, it offers a complete home-gym experience with no mandatory subscription or limit on user accounts.
