The Speediance Gym Monster 2 replaces an entire rack of free weights with a single digital cable machine, using two direct-drive motors to deliver up to 100kg (50kg per arm) of smooth, precisely controlled resistance in 0.5kg increments. Resistance runs in both directions with four training modes, ten arm lock heights cover everything from squats to cable work, and Spotter Mode keeps training safe. With 400+ guided workouts, Free-Lift mode and progress tracking built in, there's no subscription required, so the whole family can train on one machine.
