This item is delivered to you FREE of charge using a next day carrier delivery service to all post codes in England, Wales and Scotland (excludes Highlands and Islands as set out in the exceptions below), as part of an order over £50. A delivery charge of £3.50 is applied to orders under £50.
The standard delivery is next working day ‘signed for’ service with deliveries, Monday to Friday from 8am – 6pm to your front door. If you would like to delay your order to ensure that will be home or to request an upgraded delivery please request this using the ‘special instructions’ while making payment and a member of the team will be in touch to book in the delivery.

The 35cm (14") chrome plated bars are finished with a knurled pattern to provide good grip at all times. The spinlock collars and bar threads make changing the standard 1" plates easy - no stiff, grippy, or sticky collars to be found here. Just a smooth easy swap over of plates when needed. This set features 2 chrome plated, knurled bars, 2 chrome plated spinlock collars and 12 weight plates finished with a flake resistant, quality matt finish. This set allows you to make 2 x 10kg (22lbs) dumbbells enabling you to work a wide range of muscle groups.

Prompt delivery. Very well made. Package damaged by carrier, but ok due to the robust nature of the goods.
