The Viavito Sumi is a great and practical folding rowing machine that has a 7kg (15.4lbs) flywheel promoting smooth rowing motion and working your upper and lower body. The machine offers 10 levels of silent, friction-free manually controlled magnetic resistance to get your heart pumping and you burning calories. You can monitor feedback from your workout on the LCD display that shows time, distance, calories, count and strokes per minute. For your comfort there is an ergonomic seat and large foot pedals. The row length is 80cm (31.5”) and this combines with the commercial-quality rollers and the smooth 4-roller system to ensure your rowing is fluid, smoother and enjoyable. Once you’ve finished you can fold up the rower and store it more easily thanks to the transportation wheels.

The Sumi is also light-weight (weighing in at just 26kg) and features transport wheels making it possible for just about anyone to effortlessly place it out of the way in a corner or a closet until the next training session.

7 Function Easy-To-Use Console

An easy-to-read, logical and intuitive LCD display provides live workout feedback and shows time, distance, calories, stroke count and strokes per minute enabling you to keep track of your progress and achievements. There's also a scan mode so you can see each set of data in turn during your workout and a total count mode so you can see the total number of strokes you've performed. This makes keeping track of your progress and operating the Sumi quick and simple.

    It’s good value for money but watch when putting seat on bracket as one edge is wider than other so seat could be put on wrong way around.

    Good starting rowing machine. I haven't had any issues yet the only thing to note is there is not much resistance so not huge range once you improve
