The HIIT Deck from adidas delivers a unique, highly adjustable design that combines an aerobic step with a weight lifting bench to create a very versatile fitness companion for those having a smaller workout space. The patented design allows for more than 20 setup configurations including flat, incline and decline options, plus there’re integrated resistance tube attachment points for expanding your training possibilities. To inspire great workouts, the deck comes with a resistance tube and skipping rope stored within a convenient storage compartment. Also, there’s the QR code included as a part of the Scan to Train feature granting access to exclusive online workouts. The deck provides an improved grip and proper stability when performing both strength and cardio workouts.
