Installation Service for Cardio Machines

• Installation of 1 Treadmill, Exercise Bike, Elliptical Trainer or Rowing Machine
• All packaging removal is included
• Installation typically takes place within 5-10 working days - some postcodes may take longer but we will install within 30 days.
• This installation covers ground floor installations. If you require installation to a non-ground floor room, please let us know and we'll make the necessary arrangements
• Installation does not cover multi gyms - if you would like a quote for multi gym installation please contact us and we'll be happy to help

Our delivery and installation service is available to most postcode areas in the UK. Please see exclusions below. You will be contacted by our customer services team within 2 working days your order being placed to provide you with a site survey form that needs to be completed. Following this, our specialist white glove installation team will make contact to arrange a mutually convenient date for the delivery & installation. Typically, this is scheduled to take place within 5-10 working days. The service includes delivery of the product to the ground floor room of choice, full assembly and testing of the product, and removal of all packaging materials. Please note that we are able to deliver and install this product to other non-ground floor rooms. There is a surcharge of £25 plus VAT per floor. Should you require this, please do mention it when you are initially contacted after placing your order and we’ll make all the suitable arrangements. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide an installation service to Northern Ireland or other offshore islands.
