This item is delivered to you FREE of Charge as part of an order over £50. A delivery charge of £3.50 is applied to orders under £50.
Depending on your location they will be dispatched using Royal Mail’s 1st class Packet Post service or UKMail next working day (Mon – Fri excluding bank holidays).
The vast majority of our orders are delivered on the next working day within England, Scotland and Wales.

The 401 Knee Support is a primary knee support that features an 11'' thermal Neoprene sleeve with nylon lining on both sides. It has reversible colors and a 4-way stretch. Made of heavy duty material outside for durability, it is also contoured and darted for the best possible fit.
