ProForm Carbon Power Rack XL

The ProForm Carbon Power Rack XL is a solid and versatile piece of strength training equipment with a heavy-duty steel construction and a sturdy 4 post rack design. This multi-functional Power Rack offers 28 bar height settings and can be used with 7ft (213cm) standard and 7ft (213cm) Olympic bars. To ensure extra safety during free weight barbell exercises, there are strong square tubes, two robust J hooks with plastic bushing and two adjustable spotter catchers. Excellent for building muscle and developing functional strength, the Power Rack XL has a multi-grip pull-up station for wide and narrow grip exercises including pull-ups, chin-ups, hanging leg raises and hanging knee raises. Plus, to let you target and strengthen upper and lower body muscles, the rack boasts a resistance band attachment and a landmine attachment for an Olympic-sized barbell. To guide you through your workout, the Power Rack XL comes with an inspirational exercise chart created by a certified personal trainer, whilst 6 weight plate storage pegs allow for tidy storage and great organization of your Olympic (2”) discs.
