Made to ensure effective upper and lower body workouts, the 3 included Microbands offer light, medium and heavy resistance levels to let you progress at your own pace. To prevent curling up and provide a non-stick feel, the bands feature Reactive-Knit (hybrid composition with latex). The bands are machine-washable at 30°C/86°F and come with a motivational poster with 30+ exercises and a practical carry bag for comfortable transportation.
