Does what it says on the tin, so fine by me. It keeps the noise and vibrations down to a minimum

Good quality, thick mat. Far superior to cheap yoga mats, which stretch and rip doing exercises like Burpees and mountain climbers. Doesn't slip around while jumping. Nice and cushioned.

This is a really good mat for the price. I use it to place my bench, to avoid denting the flooring and also to muffle sound. Some people have said it smells but I didn't notice anything. The thickness is about right. It is not absolutely non slip, buy does the job. I think its more suited to be a equipment mat rather than a pure workout mat.

Very happy with the mat, it's protecting my carpet and it's easy to clean.

The underneath of this mat grips all floor surfaces well. The top surface is also very grippy which is important for floor exercises. It is absorbent enough to protect floor surfaces against dropped weights.

Bought to stand exercise bike on. Only had it one week so cannot really comment. At present it is doing what it is supposed to do.

We moved from an old house and garage to a modern build bungalow and garage. Although the build quality of the bungalow is fine, the garage seems to be a little bit of an aftr thought. So the floor is uneven and in some places you can still see the skim marks. This gym equipment mat is perfect for leveling out the humps and lumps, and it also keeps the exercise bike (also purchased at the same time - hence the wonderful price) steady and stops it from 'walking' when going 'up hill' on several of the pre-programmed settings. Manufactured to a very nice, quality standard, it seems hard wearing and quite happy to take the bike (a DKN-AM E) which has an 8kg flywheel. Although we paid a package price for this with the bike, it would be something I'd consider for any gym equipment (within reason :) )

Recommend purchasing the mat to go with the Viavito Sina, its good quality and the machine is heavy so the carpet is protected.

I have NEVER purchased this product!

Received the exerciser bike on the date expected. Took about an hour to fit it. have been using this for the past two weeks. It's sturdy and good, value for money.

Seems to fit well under the new bike and doesn’t slip.

Had this trainer for about a year. No issues at all, very good value for the price. Deffo recommend. Only thing is a slight squeaking developed after a few months, but it's really not an issue.

Not very robust - it has already torn where the footrest of my rowing machine touch the mat on ech ‘row’.

Good sized durable mat. I rest an exercise bike on mine and it stops it marking the carpet and helps to provide a level base. Sweat pools on the surface so it can be easily wiped down after exercise.

It's a mat. It protects the carpet from sweat and indentation. It was free with my exercise bike.

Adequate size for the job. Could be a little thicker but , in these early days, seems to be protecting the area under the exercise bike well.

I would recommend this exercise mat - firm, strong and looks like it will last; but you can still roll it up to save space; so one of the better ones I've used

It's a rubber mat , can't really get to excited. It's good quality a good thickness, soft and absorbs impact it's the perfect size for my exercise bike to sit on and collect the pool of sweat. Easily cleaned a necessity that's soon forgotten about.
