excellent plates for the so-called "slow lifts"- deadlift, squat, press and bench etc. clever design and very easy to carry. second best plates i've owned, bettered only by York's G2 rubber plates, which feel superb.

They offer a solid and durable inner steel cast plate encased in thick, premium-quality rubber for equipment and floor protection. The plates are sold as singles and have an embossed weight mark in kilograms for easier identification.

Excellent quality plate for a great price. Was in stock and delivered next day.
As described, easy to carry and load,quite large so if you want for home I would recommend you have a weight rack to store. Very reasonable price for a quality product.
