The DKN XC-120w elliptical cross trainer has a 12” (30.5cm) stride length and is equipped with a 14kg (30.8lbs) flywheel to deliver a super-smooth workout while horizontally adjustable pedals allow users of different heights to get the ideal position for a more comfortable and effective exercise.

There are 32 levels of computer controlled resistance with a Watt range of 10 to 350 Watts, adjustable in 5 Watt interval steps and 18 programmes (12 scalable pre-set, 1 user Defined, 4 Heart Rate Control, 1 Watt) as well as a manual mode, providing plenty of training options to keep things interesting.

The high contrast two colour LCD console provides feedback on key workout data including calories, watts, time and RPM so you can easily track your progress and there's also a user profile for improved training data feedback while heart rate measurement can be achieved via hand-grip sensors or the built-in wireless receiver (chest belt optional) for increased accuracy.

With a 2 year on-site parts and labour warranty this excellent cross trainer delivers peace of mind as well as great workout.

It was delivered within 2 days of my order and everything worked first time and I've had no issues with it. It's been a great buy for me as I needed to start exercising more but have no gyms near me. It's ideal for me as I live in quite a small place and didn't want anything that would take up the whole room. It's nice and quiet and smooth too so it ticks all my boxes and I'd recommend it.

Hadn't read much about this model before buying but when comparing to other models for similar price it seemed to compare well. The heavy flywheel gives a nice fluid and smooth action. Perfect for those like myself who didn't want to spend a fortune but wanted something that's reliable, quiet and let's me get a good workout.
